Enen no Shouboutai (Fire Force) Kusakabe Shinra Uniform Cosplay

The belt and gloves actually fit well, which is rare for costume sets, and the coat's stitching held up through a full day of convention wear. I was worried the hat would flop around but it stayed put even during a photoshoot.

The wig arrived separately since I ordered it that way, but the coat itself has that crisp, structured look Shinra wears in the anime. Stitching on the belt loops feels solid, and the fabric drapes nicely without being too stiff for a convention day.

The sizing runs true to the anime reference, and the belt and gloves complete the look without needing extra fiddling. I wore it to a con all day and the fabric held up fine, though the undershirt is a bit thin. Hat stayed on surprisingly well during photos.
